2017 Cabernet Sauvignon
Dark fruits on the nose, primarily mulberries, followed by plums, black currants, raspberries and fine nuances of aniseed, sweet herbs and spices such as cloves and cedar wood. The palate is dense, full and reflects those wonderful fruits, the spices and a certain saltiness emerge. This is accompanied by fresh and grippy tannins that are still juicy and accessible – if they get enough air. The wine offers many layers of fruit that develop a deeper complexity with time.
